Dr. Amanda Ng

Dr. Ng was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. After graduating from Sacred Hearts Academy, she attended Creighton University where she pivoted her career path from pharmacy to veterinary medicine. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and returned home to work as a veterinary assistant at King Street Pet Hospital.  

Dr. Ng's passion for veterinary medicine grew during her time as an assistant at King Street Pet Hospital. She went on to study veterinary medicine at Ross University in St. Kitts and Nevis, and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2026. After graduating, Dr. Ng returned home to Honolulu, once again, to rejoin the King Street Pet Hospital team as a new graduate.  

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ng enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her two dogs, Carly and Hana, and her island cat, Schnitzel, that she rescued during veterinary school.
