Dr. Sasaki was born and raised in Honolulu, and is a graduate of Iolani school. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon before earning her Master of Science in Animal Science at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University (Go Green!). She practiced in Nevada until moving home, where she has been ever since.

Her special interests include surgery, dentistry, and dermatology. She also hopes to pursue certification in acupuncture to incorporate into her patient treatment plans. Dr. Sasaki truly values being part of a strong and cohesive team that is focused on providing the best care possible for all patients. She loves building relationships with clients and working with them to keep their animals as healthy & happy as possible.

Dr. Sasaki enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their dog Wall-e, and 4 cats, Sachi, Inky, & 2 newly adopted kitties. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, yoga, Pilates, and her newest hobby golf.
